My set is Pretty Petals...

Isn't it great? I love it, I'm into flowers and this one has so many possibilities!
The new Say it with Flowers set is all sentiments to use with flower cards, like this one, check it out!
Here's the card I made with the set.

I cut out the daisy and popped it up with foam dots, then I covered it with Sugar & Lemon Drop Yellow Sparkly Fluff, now it's all soft & sparkly!
I can't get enough of the Cosmo Cricket paper, I'm always reaching for it, have you noticed? ;)
Supplies: Stamps - Our Craft Lounge Pretty Petals. Paper - GP white, green, Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety. Ink - Ranger Distress Black Soot, Antique Linen, Copic markers. Acces. - Sugar & Lemon Drop Yellow Sparkly Fluff, green pom-pom trim, eyelets, mini staples, clear gem stickers. Tools - slit punch, Crop-a-Dile, Spellbinders Curved Rectangle die, 3/4" circle punch, Scor-Pal.

I finally found me a column cactus, now, hope I can make it live and maybe even grow! They had some cute castus gardens for sale at the airport in Phoenix when we were coming home from CHA, but, I couldn't talk Tex into carrying it home with us on the plane.
I got this hydrangea to plant by my swing. I hope I can keep this one alive. I used to have some that were huge and I quit watering them so much, bad mistake I guess, they do love water.
I love to dry the blooms, they make the prettiest bouquets!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

ReplyDeleteCute spring card!!! Love the colors on your card.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love your work. You are such an inspiration to me. I must admit, I do not have a green thumb at all. I can't grow flowers at all. When I am in the hospital, I have asked not to receive flowers or plants because I end up killing them all LOL. I instead tell people if they want to get me something, to get me a gift card to Ac Moore, Hobby Lobby, or Micheals. I say this only because I have had 4 back surgeries in the past 3 years. I had two last year and I am still having back problems. So, keep me in your prayers! The pain is constant and chronic.
ReplyDeleteAgain, thank you so much for the inspiration. I love your work!
