blog blooms & crafty dreams

In honor of CHA (Craft and Hobby Association) in Anaheim California this week, I thought I would give away a little blog bloom! Several of my friends are there this week checking out the goods that will be coming out this year and working in some of the booths. I only wish I could be there to share in the fun! If you're going, check out the Crafty Secrets and Hanna Stamps booths, some amazing things are happening with these companies!
I have 2 wood mounted stamps from Michael's by Studio g, a Palette Noir Black ink pad by Superior and 4 spools of American Crafts Elements ribbon. All you need to do is leave a comment here, just say hi! I'll pick a winner Wednesday night Feb. 13th. Good Luck!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Isn't this image by Crafty Secrets just the sweetest?! It's from the new Sweet Children set that's going to be released later this month. The images in this set are soooooo cute, I know you will love them and have fun creating with them!
I used SU! Blush Blossom, Basic Black card stock and Georgia Pacific white cardstock. I used the Classic Paper Pad by Crafty Secrets, the Sweet Children stamp set and the stitch line and heart is from the Sew Special set. I used my square large Nestibilities and SU!'s new black chunky glitter in the corners. The line of black flowers is from Eastern Elegance rub on's by SU! I distressed the main image with my Tattered Rose ink pad by Ranger. I stamped the image and sentiment with Ranger Distress ink Black Soot and I colored with Copic markers.
I hope y'all have a super week, thanks for stopping by!!
Don't forget to leave a comment and say hi for your chance to win my blog blooms!!
Hello: Oh I wish I could of gone too. I live in Toronto so Anaheim is way too far, mind you with all the snow we have had a good trip to California would be great.
Thanks for hosting the fun blog candy. I love your cards with the Crafty Secrets stamps. I can't wait to purchase some. Would you mind stamping out an image or two so I can see if I can work with them? my e-mail address is: bela3@sympatico.ca...I can give you my address there. I can swap images if you would like. I have High Hopes Bellas and a few others.
Thanks, Bela
The stamp with the little girl in the Hammock reminds me of a warm summer day, where we used to laz around in the back yard and smeel the sweet smell of magnolia blossoms.
Hi Pam,
I would have loved to go to a craft show like that, but I'm thinking I would have to have one of everything I saw. Storage would be a problem
Anyway, I just love your cards and creativity and even more your willingness to help me with my copic marker colors, picking scalloped scissors and all the time you take to answers these questions.
Cute give aways, They have alot of potential!
Anyway, keep up the beautiful work.
