YIPPEEEEE! I'm SO happy it's Friday, and it's a
beautiful day to boot!!
There is a sketch challenge going on over at Our Craft Lounge, check it out here and play along, you could win a stamp set!!
This is the card I made for the challenge using Going Gourmet. I really think this is apples instead of lemons but, we can change it up, I wanted lemons for lemonade! This is a great set to go vintage on if you want to, I LOVE me some vintage and Marianne, one of the illustrators can do it, that's for sure!!
I took the picture outside on one of my plants on the deck, I think it turned out pretty cool!
Supplies: Stamps - Going Gourmet. Paper - GP white, Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie, note cards by Hero Arts. Ink - Ranger Distress Black Soot, Antique Linen, Copic markers. Acces. - SU! build a brad, pearl Glimmer Mist, lemondrop yellow Crafty Sparkles, tiny tag, Glossy Accents. Tools - circle & scalloped border punches, long scalloped rectangle Nestie (sm), Zutter Round it All, tracing wheel, blending tool.
I'm going to take pictures of my creative mess room and share a few now and then. This is a picture of my work area, right here, right now. I like to keep stuff I use on a regular basis close at hand, can you tell?? My room is very eclectic, I surround myself with stuff that makes me happy that I've picked up here and there. I'm sure it might drive some crazy, but, not me!
I had to bring this outside to get a good picture. It's a crocheted dress and hat I picked up at a flea market, isn't it the cutest thing? I crochet, but I've never done something like this, I've done, afghans, potholders, flowers, scarves and such.
Make sure and go to OCL website and play in the challenge, you have all month to do it, so you don't have to be in a big hurry!
Thanks for stopping by
