EDIT: I've had several inquiries about the stamped knife.
You can get the metal punch set at places like Home Depot or Lowe's, I got mine online, I can't remember where. I found a set at Amazon, I have the 1/8" set like that one. I have a bench block that I use that I got online also to do the hammering on but, you could do it on a cement floor I'd think or any super hard surface. I used a little hammer to do the stamping.
I hope that helps, have fun!
Oh yeah, Sandy has uped the prizes to a total of 16 instead of 6 - she's good like that!!

For my project I altered an old wooden box that was a flea market find a few years back.
I used Tim Holtz's brilliant idea in using his Tissue Tape to cover the edges, so simple and it looks great!
This compartment has a tiny metal tart tin, a bingo game piece and a lock and keys. The flower on top is an old Prima flower, I put a vintage earring in the center of the book page flower I made.
This is the box I started with. I covered the edges and then I added Wonderland Tea Creative Scraps to the back of each compartment, I like to use the collage side of the Creative Scraps when I'm covering something. See the houses on the left? They came with the box. I was going to paint them, but, I decided not too.
When I was done covering everything I put on a coat of Mod Podge to protect it.

See the little boy flying the kite? He's from the Crafty Secrets Little Boy stamp set.
I stamped him and paper pieced his clothes. I cut him out and glued him to a dowel. My hubby drilled the hole in the block for me.
I used some of my little collectibles in this box, it always fun to fill boxes like this!
This one has vintage rubber alpha stamps, a vintage button card and an altered domino.
along with the kite.
This one has a pocket watch and a giant ball chain that I got from SkyBlue Pink a couple of years ago. I put a punched image from the Creative Scraps inside with some trinkets.
This one has a soldered piece with a picture of my cat and a vintage pin.
I added a painted ledge from some doll house trim for the charm and pin to sit on.

Isn't the Campbells kid spoon sweet? I rubbed some Walnut Distress ink on the letters to make them pop.
There is tatting on a spool and a cloth measuring tape.
Well, that's it!
