boo.

Happy Saturday!
We had a weather whirlwind yesterday here.
We had 80 degree temps., thunderstorms, hail, wind, after that it was in the 40's.
We have the heat on today, geezz.
I was wondering about the hummingbirds, I saw one flying around out there, poor guy!

Anyway, I've finished another art journal page with a Halloween theme.
This one is all Dylisions, you know it looks like a lot of work, but it's just inking, stamping, and water coloring. No techniques to it really. You just start with blank pages and let it go, ya know? Just whatever comes to mind. That's why I love this type of journaling, thank you Dyan and Ranger :)

I love Dyan Reavely's idea of filling Tim's water pens with her spray inks to do the coloring of the stamped images.
I've put my order in at Inspiration Emporium for more pens and the little funnel thingy to fill the pens with.
The colors I used are, crushed grape, squeezed orange, black marble, melted chocolate and cut grass.

The stamps I used are Dylusions bits and bats, further round the edge, traveling travis, quintessential quotes and right up you street. I got the date stamp at an office supply store. I used Dylusions new starry, starry night 5x8 stencil for the border and white stars. The white stars are covered with rock candy stickles. I usually put tissue tape down the center of my pages, I do this for stability, this is an old flea market journal with pretty thin pages. I can't wait to get my hands on Dyan's new journal!
See the girls eyes and the crow and spiders eyes? I used inkssentials enamel accents for those, I love this stuff it gives so much dimension and shine! I put kaiser rhinestones on their ears. I do all of the doodling and outlining with a gelly roll white and micron black 08 pens.

Well, that's it for today.
Thanks for looking!
